Vaincre au quotidien

Des difficultés se profilent à l'horizon pour entamer cette nouvelle année... Et oui, notre vie ici-bas n'est pas des plus paisibles !
Car nous sommes des citoyens du ciel qui habitent pour un temps sur la terre, ne l'oublions pas !

Si je pense seulement aux problèmes dans les relations sociales, car je ne peux pas dire qu'elles soient au beau fixe tout le temps, j'ai appris que nous pouvons affronter tout cela avec amour.

Je vous partage ici quelques phrases qui me motivent à persévérer pour améliorer mon univers social, ce qui commence dans mon foyer :

"L'amour n'est pas acquis une fois pour toutes. Chaque jour, il faut l'entretenir, le développer, l'élever un peu plus haut, l'acheminer constamment vers plus de perfection. Tout cela ne peut se faire sans confiance et celle-ci doit être l'une des premières pierres posées par qui veut fonder un foyer heureux."

Le choix d'un conjoint

Je vous invite à lire cet article qui porte sur les critères de choix d'un conjoint, dans le cadre d'un mariage chrétien.

Les points essentiels sur lesquels devraient se baser notre choix sont :
    - la maturité physique et spirituelle
    - la Parole de Dieu comme référence absolue
    - la vocation
    - la recherche d'un standard spirituel élevé
    - la ferveur dans nos prières
    - l'écoute et le discernement des voies de Dieu

Une vision qui nous exhorte à ne pas nous conformer aux pensées du siècle présent où on choisit notre vie à la légère... Certains peuvent alors y trouver un encouragement à persévérer, d'autres être déroutés.
